<sub>* For your extras the bills are organized by the outlets and added to your room account by reception.The cash payments are requested to be done only to reception.
* Pleaseensure you wear your hotel-bracelet at all times during your stay and have it fixed securly; they must be returned to Reception on day of departure.
* Towels for beach and pool are available at Spa Center by preducing the Towel-Card you receive when you arrive.
*  Mini Club for kids is at your service from 10:00-12:30 and 14:30-17:00. ( Except SUNDAYS )
* Please order your Lunch Packet at the latest 19:00 one day before leaving.( Only for early check out on departure day )
* We have free shuttle service to the beach of our hotel at certain times of the day. You can find the schedule of service hours at the reception desk.</sub>

<sub>- Please
vacate your room before 12:00 noon as they need to be prepared in good time for new guests arriving. If there is a need to vacate at a later time, please contact reception.
- During your c/out, you are kindly requested to deliver your towel cards and key card incompletely to the reception. Otherwise, we regret to inform you that 10 € will be charged for the towel card and 3 € for the key card.
- Please note that alcohol will not be served to anyone under 18.
- In case of any health problem or other unusual cases please contact the reception.
- We kindly
request you not to reserve sunbeds by putting towels on the deckchairs.
- Please do
not take the bath and hand towels in your rooms to the pool or to the beach.</sub>
